Previously based in one of the big four accounting firms, Molly supported senior management with administration, reporting, room and event coordination, while delivering a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience for both clients and staff. She worked closely with multiple internal teams and service partners to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Along with corporate experience, Molly brings several years of senior reception and supervisory experience within high-end hotels and restaurants in Edinburgh. These roles strengthened her skills in guest relations, reservations management, team coordination and maintaining exceptional service standards in fast paced environments. She is fluent in French, having grown up in a bilingual household, this allows her to communicate confidently with international clients and guests.
Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, socialising with friends, reading and staying active through regular exercise. She is an ocean lover and so loves paddleboarding, surfing and sea swimming.
