Our team is trained annually on promoting best practice for diversity and inclusion both internally, and with our candidates and clients. This includes training on shortlisting, interviewing, and selecting candidates, and drafting inclusive job advertisements to encourage applications from all backgrounds.
We manage all applicants fairly and transparently, applying only job criteria which are strictly necessary for the performance of the role. Our employees are also trained to challenge clients in the creation of their role profiles to ensure inclusivity.
