Bute Energy required an Executive Search firm to partner with the Founders as they started to build out their senior leadership team across the UK.

Context

Bute Energy is a distributor in the onshore wind industry and is now one of the UK’s largest onshore wind developers having secured funding from multiple institutional investors since their creation in 2019. They have built up a market-leading pipeline of Energy Park projects in Wales, which will combine the latest technology for onshore wind and solar generation to provide projects that will be delivering the biggest business investment in rural Wales in a generation. Livingston James were privileged to partner with the business from inception to present day and played a crucial part in securing and managing the talent which ended up shaping their Board and senior leadership team.
