Steven Davis joins Livingston James Group Board of Non-Executive Directors
We’re delighted to welcome Steven Davis to the Livingston James Group Board as our new Non-Executive Director.
Steven brings a wealth of experience from an impressive executive and non-executive career spanning people leadership, organisational change and commercial growth, including Skipton Building Society, Peter Vardy, Scottish Ballet and his Director of HR role at Sainsbury’s Bank.
In a recent interview with The Herald, Steven shared some thought-provoking perspectives on Scotland’s ongoing battle for talent, highlighting the importance of factors such as career opportunities, education, communities and public leadership in attracting and retaining skilled professionals. He also challenged the notion that higher Scottish tax rates alone are driving a significant “brain drain”.
Steven’s comments reflect the breadth of experience and insight he brings to Livingston James Group. His perspective on leadership, talent and organisational development will be a valuable addition to our Board as we continue to support clients across Scotland and beyond.
Whether you’re considering your next career move or looking to strengthen your leadership team, we’d be delighted to hear from you:
