Non-Executive Event in Partnership with BGF

Director Sophie Randles recently held our third Non-Executive (NXD) event in partnership with BGF. Our guest speaker Richard Bownes of Kin + Carta did a brilliant job demystifying AI, discussing its impact on business and providing tangible insight on how best to navigate it (the secret sauce!).

Remember – “It’s a tool not a superpower” – Richard Bownes.

Gemma Hamilton and Sophie came together last year to launch an event series dedicated to adding real value to the NXD community in Scotland. We are mindful that the role of NXD can be a lonely position and as such, we saw great value in creating a community in which people can come together to share insights, talk through challenges they face in business -and most importantly – continue to learn from each other.

This event series is designed by its audience (you), so please get in touch with Sophie with topics you would like to discuss next.

You can see some of the other events we have held and attended so far in 2024 on our events page. Please reach out to Sophie Randles to learn of any upcoming events.

Can we help?

Livingston James is Delighted to Partner with East Park to Appoint Chief Executive

East Park is a well‑established Scottish charity delivering specialist education and care services for children and young people with complex support needs. The organisation has a long history of providing safe, nurturing environments that enable young people to develop, grow, and prepare for adulthood.

The Chief Executive will lead the organisation overall, setting clear strategic direction and overseeing day‑to‑day delivery, while working closely with the Board to secure East Park’s long‑term sustainability and positive impact.
