Non-Executive Director Opportunities with Home Fix Scotland

*Please note this opportunity is now closed to further applications. Should you be interested in similar roles and wish to have an exploratory discussion, please contact Douglas Adam at [email protected].

Livingston James is delighted to be supporting Home Fix Scotland to identity two new Non-Executive Directors.

Home Fix Scotland (HFS) is the commercial, for profit, subsidiary of River Clyde Homes (RCH) and is part of the RCH Group. HFS generates income to support the social housing activities of its charitable parent company.

This is an exciting time to be joining HFS. Having commenced trading in August 2016 – with the founding principle  ‘A commercial mind with a social heart’ – they are currently undertaking a range of property related activities predominantly for RCH but have real ambition to grow.

Building on their strong track record of delivery and customer-centric ethos, HFS aims to significantly increase turnover over the next 5 years by expanding their activities and tendering for more external contracts. In order to support this ambition, HFS is looking to identify 2 highly self-motivated and innovative individuals who will bring senior level and strategic experience ideally gained within the Construction / Facilities Management or Marketing, Communications and Brand environments

As a Non-Executive Director, you will directly help shape the development and strategic direction of a fast growing company, playing a key role in delivering high quality services to its customers, and defining goals and targets that will be monitored and scrutinised to ensure continual improved performance and service delivery.

Livingston James is an equal opportunities advocate and positively encourages applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, marital status or pregnancy and maternity.
