Livingston James’ Team Expands with New Research Associate

Isla Martin

Livingston James has welcomed Isla Martin as its new Research Associate.  Isla will be working alongside Livingston James’ Head of Research Kirsty Sim to support the team and their clients with executive search processes and market mapping.

Isla recently returned to Glasgow after graduating from the University of St Andrews with an MA (Hons) in International Relations.

Commenting on her new role, Isla said: “I have really enjoyed my first few weeks at Livingston James Group.  Everyone in the team has been very welcoming and happy to answer any questions I might have.

I have particularly enjoyed learning more about how the recruitment process works, how to search for and uncover potential candidates and making new connections across sectors.

I am passionate about volunteering and charity work, so I am really looking forward to getting involved in the events run by our volunteering and fundraising Champion groups and putting my two CSR days to good use.”

Head of Research Kirsty Sim commented: “We are delighted to welcome Isla to Livingston James. She’s already made a positive impact and we’re confident that she will continue to do so as she develops in her role as part of the research team.”
