Livingston James – Supporting Launch Foods

Livingston James Group is raising awareness for Launch Foods, a Glasgow based charity with a social conscience.  They focus on maximising food surplus by feeding kids in our communities with free hot nutritious food after their school day and during holidays. Their food offer is open to all kids and served from American Airstream Rocket food trucks which the kids perceive as being cool, and we think so too!

Right now it is estimated that the food industry send 1.9 million tonnes of food to landfill. Launch Foods is working to ensure this perfectly good food is put to good use.

A little can go a long way, £1 provides a hot meal, bottled water, and fruit for kids in communities that need our help the most.

If you’d like support Launch Foods and ensure fewer kids in Scotland are going hungry, please donate via our Just Giving page and make a difference!
