They are now seeking an exceptional Chief Executive to lead Wheatley Care through this next chapter. Providing visible and inspirational leadership across the organisation, you will drive strategic direction, organisational performance and sustainable growth while fostering a values-led, inclusive and high-performing culture that places people at the heart of decision-making. Building on Wheatley Care’s strong foundations, you will identify new opportunities for growth, innovation and partnership working. As the organisation’s principal ambassador, you will build influential relationships across the social care, health, third and public sectors, enhancing Wheatley Care’s profile and helping to shape the future of care and support services across Scotland.
Wheatley Care is seeking a strategic, collaborative and purpose-driven leader with a track record of delivering organisational impact through effective leadership, stakeholder engagement and partnership working. You will bring the credibility, judgement and commercial awareness to operate effectively at Board and sector level, navigate a complex policy and funding landscape, and build trusted relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Whilst experience within health, social care or the third sector would be advantageous, they are equally interested in candidates who can demonstrate transferable leadership experience gained within other complex, customer-focused and highly regulated environments. Most importantly, you will share our commitment to delivering person-centred support and inspiring colleagues to achieve exceptional outcomes for the people and communities we serve.
