Aberdein Considine is an award-winning law firm with 19 offices across Scotland and the north of England and more than 450 staff. It has, as part of the legal partnership, delivered financial services for over 30 years.  It started with a mortgage and protection offering and around 25 years ago it began to offer pensions and investment advice. In the last ten years, the firm has also introduced group corporate benefits.

The evolution of the Partnership’s strategy on pensions, investment and corporate benefits comes at a time when the current Financial Services Director, after 20 years in the role, looks to retire, offering a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and commercial leader to take responsibility for driving forward what is already a profitable and well respected business with a fantastic team.

Aberdein Considine is passionate and focused on continuing to grow its business as a whole. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a strategic plan that supports the firm’s vision and goals. The selected professional must be able to design and deliver an agile organisational structure that enables new market opportunities to be captured and be able to marshal the firm’s people to make any of these opportunities a reality. This is an exciting time to join the firm given the opportunity to shape and grow the business for the future.

Aberdein Considine is an equal opportunities employer and positively encourages applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, marital status or pregnancy and maternity.
