As part of the senior leadership team, and working closely with the private equity house, the CFO will be responsible for overall financial stewardship of the business, supporting through the next exciting period of growth. The incumbent will be required to set and deliver the financial strategy, develop high quality management information and create a ‘fit for purpose’ finance team that will scale in line with business requirements.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with proven senior level finance experience in an early-stage business. Experience in capital raising, and/or an exit process of some description would be beneficial, alongside a strategic mindset for financial innovation and optimisation.

A significant six-figure package plus equity will be available to the successful candidate.
