The Role

In this newly created position, you will provide strategic oversight of Enable’s central services, ensuring they effectively support our three operational pillars. Leveraging your financial leadership expertise and commercial acumen, you will drive productivity improvements while safeguarding Enable’s financial strength, resilience, and sustainability as we expand our reach and impact.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will be instrumental in shaping the organisation’s continued growth, helping us achieve our ambitious goals both nationally and internationally.

About You

We are seeking a strategic leader with a demonstrable commitment to continuous professional development across their career, including formal financial/accounting accreditation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing effective growth strategies  and will be:

  • An inspiring and forward-thinking leader with a solutions-focused mindset.
  • A strategic thinker with strong commercial skills, committed to Enable’s mission and values.
  • An accomplished communicator, skilled in building relationships and fostering partnerships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experienced in leading, managing and developing diverse and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Solutions-focused, with excellent problem solving, analytical and constructive challenge skills

 

Key Details

In line with our commitment to flexible working, Enable welcomes applicants looking for a fractional role or job share, with the minimum commitment being 3 days per week, which would include anchor days of Tuesday and Thursday.
