The Finance Director will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for shaping and executing the financial strategy to support SecuriGroup’s ambitious growth plans. This role requires a forward-thinking, resilient leader who can unite and elevate the finance function, drive performance through data-led decision-making, and ensure finance is a proactive partner to all areas of the business.

We require a qualified accountant who has demonstrated success in scaling a business and leading financial transformation. Candidates should also bring a strong track record in systems implementation and continuous improvement.
