Safehinge Primera has a clear purpose; TOGETHER, WE DESIGN FOR GOOD. The business is a global market innovator and creator, developing a range of transformative products with a revolutionary purpose at the heart of the organisation; to keep people safe during their most vulnerable times. It has an unwavering commitment to co-design, launch, and improve holistic hardware and software solutions that authentically address the critical safety and well-being requirements of people in challenging environments.

At its very core, Safehinge Primera is a ‘product leadership’ business. Its vision is to be the global leader of designing products for challenging environments, rapidly growing the business domestically and internationally.

As the business embarks on its next exciting phase of growth, it seeks a Finance Director who will join the senior leadership team, working closely with the CEO and Founders to ensure the company’s strategic goals are executed and successfully delivered. The role demands a professional with the expertise to navigate change, embrace growth and drive operational efficiencies and innovation.

The FD will take responsibility for all financial strategy and planning including reporting, governance and compliance, and leadership of the finance team. The next phases of growth will surround the software product, currently at R&D stage, and potential further investment and M&A.

Candidates should be chartered accountants, able to evidence proven experience as a FD in an organic growth environment, ideally within a product-led, or software/SaaS environment. Experience in dealing with facilities management or construction companies would be helpful, alongside the ability to understand complex contracts. Experience in fundraising would also be beneficial.

On offer is a competitive base salary with equity, bonus, private healthcare and other benefits.

If interested in a confidential discussion, please see the profile below and contact Sophie Randles at [email protected].
