The Finance Director will play a critical leadership role within the senior management team, acting as a strategic partner to the Managing Partner and the Management Committee. This position will lead all aspects of financial management, planning, and performance, ensuring robust governance, insightful analysis, and effective decision‑making support. The role will be responsible for modernising financial systems and processes, optimising profitability, and contributing to future strategic initiatives, including operational improvements, investment planning, and supporting the firm’s ongoing transformation journey.
We are seeking an accomplished finance leader with proven experience operating at senior level within professional services, property, or similarly complex, multi‑site environments. Strong technical capability, commercial acumen, and the ability to drive both strategic and operational improvements are essential. Candidates should bring excellent stakeholder engagement skills, a collaborative leadership style, and the credibility to influence at Management Committee level. A recognised professional accounting qualification is required.
