The CFO will serve as a trusted strategic partner to the CEO and Board, leading all aspects of financial strategy, performance, and investor engagement. This high-impact role will involve driving financial planning, governance, and capital allocation, while supporting M&A activity and shaping the company’s future trajectory.

We are seeking a seasoned finance leader, ideally within private equity-backed businesses. Strong commercial acumen, expertise in M&A, cash flow optimisation, and stakeholder management are essential. Professional qualifications and exposure to energy or industrial services would be advantageous.
