We Schedule It was created to help simplify scheduling for clients and give customers a seamless user experience in the new, remote virtual norm.

They enable simple and effective digital transformation for your post-pandemic scheduling pain point and provide a free to download application for customers such as patients to seamlessly schedule their needs on a mobile or tablet.

Co-founded in July 2020 by Stuart McDonagh and Allan Carlin, We Schedule It are specifically targeting the 10m+ backlog of appointments, the negative financial impact of DNA’s and cancelled slots due to COVID.

You can learn more about We Schedule it here: https://wescheduleit.squarespace.com/

To enable the next phase of their journey, We Schedule It is seeking a part-time CFO (likely 1 day/week initially) to create a robust finance infrastructure and support the founders on a wide range of strategic initiatives. The business is entirely virtual, so your location can be anywhere globally.

We’re interested to hear from seasoned tech focused finance leaders who have the passion to support a business through its vital initial stages of development.

Livingston James is an equal opportunities advocate and positively encourages applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, marital status or pregnancy and maternity.
