In an exclusive in The Herald at the weekend, we were thrilled to announce the appointment of Christina McLean to the Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) board at Livingston James Group.
Christina McLean – Consultant and interim recruitment specialist at Livingston James’ sister brand, Rutherford Cross – was recently elected by her colleagues as the Group’s new Trustee Director. Christina succeeds Jonathan Donnelly, fellow consultant at Rutherford Cross, who sat on the board during the business’s first three years of employee ownership alongside Livingston James’ Head of Research, Kirsty Mclardy. Kirsty will continue on the board with a further 12 months left on her tenure, along with existing Trustee Directors, Jamie Livingston and Craig McDermid.
Christina has a degree in international fashion branding and has worked as a recruitment consultant at Rutherford Cross since 2022. She will bring a fresh and distinctive perspective to the Trust. Co‑founder and fellow Trustee Director, Jamie Livingston, highlighted that Christina could, “provide a completely different point of view” to the board, diversifying thinking and broadening strategic insight.
