As the business enters an exciting new phase of its journey, the Chief Financial Officer will play a critical role in driving commercial performance, supporting strategic decision-making and enabling the delivery of its long-term growth ambitions.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and working closely with the Board, the Chief Financial Officer will provide strategic financial leadership across the organisation. The role encompasses responsibility for financial strategy, commercial performance, governance, risk management, business planning and capital allocation, ensuring the business is well positioned to deliver continued growth and operational excellence. The successful candidate will act as a trusted adviser to the CEO and Board, contributing across all aspects of strategic and organisational development.
We are seeking an accomplished finance leader, qualified at ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent level, with experience operating within a professional services, engineering, consultancy, construction or project-led environment. Candidates will combine strong technical and commercial expertise with the ability to influence at Board level and partner effectively with senior stakeholders across the business.
The successful candidate will bring demonstrable experience of mergers and acquisitions, including transaction support, due diligence, valuation and post-acquisition integration. Exposure to private equity investors, investment processes and value creation initiatives will be highly advantageous, together with a proven track record of supporting business growth, driving performance and enhancing shareholder value.
