Livingston James is delighted to be partnering with TBR Global Chauffeuring to appoint a new Supplier Manager.

TBR Global Chauffeuring (TBR) is a leading provider of ground transportation management. Established in Glasgow in 1999, TBR has developed into a dominant force with offices on three continents, operating in over 3000 cities and employing over 100 people worldwide. TBR has ambitious growth plans to reach over £100M in the next 5 years.

The Supplier Manager, EMEA plays a critical role in shaping and strengthening TBR’s supplier network across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. This position is not just about managing suppliers, it’s about strategically optimising relationships, ensuring seamless operational performance, and driving value through collaboration, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

With a focus on supplier sourcing, contract management, compliance, and service quality, this role demands a strong negotiator, an analytical thinker, and a relationship-driven leader. Success in this role requires balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution to ensure that suppliers meet regulatory, financial, and operational standards while contributing to TBR’s overall profitability and growth.

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in supplier relationship management and strategic sourcing, ideally within the transportation, logistics, or travel sectors. The ideal individual will have a strong background in commercial negotiations, supplier onboarding, and contract management across multiple regions, preferably within the EMEA market. We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate a track record of optimising supplier performance through KPIs, scorecards, or similar performance management tools. Familiarity with compliance frameworks, including insurance and licensing standards would be beneficial.
