Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland (CHSS) is Scotland’s largest health charity offering care and support to people living with chest, heart and stroke conditions and Long Covid. CHSS believe that every person with their conditions should have access to quality, supported self management and community recovery and our new strategy for 2023-2028 outlines how they will deliver this. CHSS employ almost 300 staff and benefit from the support of thousands of volunteers across Scotland. Their turnover in financial year 2023-24 was £13.5m. CHSS is ambitious in its aims but confident that with its dedicated teams of staff and volunteers, they can achieve them. Together they make a real impact on people’s lives and are passionate in what they do.

Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland is seeking a Trustee to join their Board, enhancing skills in accounting, finance, and investments, and strengthening their Finance Committee membership. This is a unique opportunity to give back and contribute your expertise to a meaningful cause. No previous trustee experience is required, making it perfect for qualified candidates looking to build their portfolio career.
