The organisation is now seeking an outstanding Chief Executive Officer to lead the next phase of its growth and development. Reporting to the Board, you will provide strategic, operational and regulatory leadership, building on strong foundations to enhance member value, drive sustainable growth and strengthen the organisation’s impact within the communities it serves.
We are looking for an accomplished senior leader with experience gained within financial services or another regulated environment. You will bring a proven track record of strategic leadership, organisational performance, growth and change, together with the ability to engage effectively with boards, regulators, colleagues and stakeholders. Most importantly, you will share a commitment to ethical finance, exceptional member service and positive community impact.
